Lenovo Tablet Android 4.0 will release this year

If you think only ASUS Prime Transformer is the only quad-core Android tablets that release this holiday season, it seems you are wrong. Lenovo is reportedly preparing Android tablets that also goes with Ice Cream Sandwich. What is offered by Lenovo tablet this time?

In addition to running Android 4.0, the new Lenovo tablet also has a high specification. As you can see on the back of the device rendering the image below, the tablets will include a fingerprint scanner that functions as an optical trackpad. There were also a camera that unfortunately still unknown specification and body which allegedly is a "Special Fusion-Skin Body".

The unnamed source revealed some features of this tablet, among others:

* Tegra 3 1.6GHz Quad-Core Processor

* Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich

* 2GB of RAM (1.600 MHz DDR3)

* Standard-size USB port



If you see a fingerprint scanner, it seems that the tablet is targeted for companies, because the use of this feature will not be too functional to personal devices. Lenovo's latest tablet reportedly will be launched before next year, although this is still a rumor and there has been no direct confirmation of the Lenovo.
